Perched on the stunning landscapes of Champagne Ridge, Weaver Bird Nest is a beautiful three-bedroom bush home offering sweeping views of the Great Rift Valley from almost every corner of the property. Just 1.5 hours from the city, this peaceful self-catered retreat is perfect for families and friends looking to unwind, enjoy spectacular sunsets, birdsong, mountain biking, and endless hiking trails.

The home is completely off-grid, powered by regenerative and sustainable sources of energy and water, and is thoughtfully furnished with locally made furniture and décor. Guests are welcomed into a spacious great room with high ceilings, a comfortable sitting area, dining space, and a selection of books, board games, and blankets. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, five-burner gas hob, large gas oven, utensils, crockery, and cookbooks. Kenyan coffee and tea, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, and eco-friendly dishwashing soap are provided on arrival. Daily housekeeping is included.

The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed opening onto an upstairs balcony with incredible valley views and an ensuite bathroom with double shower and double sinks. The Twin (Toto) Room has bunk beds and a selection of children’s books and games, making it ideal for families, and uses a full bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. The Second Master Bedroom, located on the lower level with a private entrance and verandah, has twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Guests can relax in the cold infinity pool, widely considered one of the best viewpoints on Champagne Ridge, or enjoy the outdoor living space with Adirondack chairs, a French daybed, and a long outdoor dining table overlooking the valley. The surrounding grounds feature scenic “sundowner rocks” and are perfect for walking, hiking, picnics, and mountain biking.
